our story
Founded in 2023, My Little Poffertjes Perth is changing the mini pancake game. Our custom heart shaped poffertjes pans add a new dimension to your favourite pancake treat. We offer traditional and new exciting flavours and invite you to try them all. We’re travelling all over the Perth region of Western Australia area with our little renovated 1977 float, you wont find horses here… maybe a few unicorns. Join us on our adventures!
My Little Poffertjes Perth was created by the team from Stroopie & Co. Our family have always liked to eat, drink, and create amazing food together. Our love of home and heritage led us to opening our original dessert trailer in 2017, we quickly gained a following around Perth and SW of WA for our scrumptious freshly baked stroopwafels, cookie icecream sandwiches and creamy chocolate milkshakes. Several years later we moved on to a larger truck, we added our amazing apple fries and began pouring Karvan coffee and Pure Teas.
